What we look for in a Mentor

You don't need a nonprofit background. You need HR craft, generosity, and two good hours a month.

You have the experience

Several years of hands-on HR – generalist or specialist. Any strong lane: people ops, talent, L&D, comp, culture.

3+ years HR
You're ready to share

You want to pass on professional experience and frameworks to someone earlier in their journey – without imposing your playbook.

You can commit the time

Two to three hours a month for nine to twelve months. Monthly call plus occasional async. Remote, flexible, worldwide.
